This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.
Protein G Purified Antibody (in PBS with BSA + 0.1%NaN3)
Endoglin (CD-105) is a type I membrane glycoprotein that is part of the TGF beta receptor complex.
Endoglin (CD 105) is expressed in vascular endothelial tissue as well as a variety of other tissues. Endoglin may also be involved in the cytoskeletal organization affecting cell morphology and migration.
For formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections, BioLegend recommends using the endoglin antibody with a polymer detection system such as BioLegend's ACUITYAdvanced Polymer (SIG-32902).
The immunogen used to generate SN6h was EDG (CD105) isolated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells.
SIG-3770-1000 (1 mL)
SIG-3770-26 (6 mL) is ready to use with polymer detection such as ACUITYAdvanced Biotin free Polymer Detection (SIG-32902).
